David Kitz’s publication of Allora.
“The word Allora in Italian translates loosely to “so, then, well” in English. It’s used to buy time while gathering ones thoughts…
I like to think of Allora as something of an alternative postcard. Through the act of picture taking, I’m exploring questions surrounding what it means to be on vacation; alienation through awkward tourism and the experience of giving yourself up fully to the pleasure and beauty of it all. It’s a love letter to Italy and it’s a diary of time, place, and experience through photographic vignettes.”
