Dan photographed one evil kitty for the Bond-inspired editorial “Pussy Galore” in the October 2015 issue of ES Magazine.

“It always seemed fitting to me that the nastiest Bond villain of them all was a cat lover. I mean, cats. Evil or what? So, when asked to shoot this homage to Blofeld, I felt sure that the beast wouldn’t disappoint in it’s nastiness and, sure enough, it was a right old cat. Oh ok, it was perfectly well behaved, I guess. And (kind of) did what we wanted. But all that moulting fur, the claws, the dead eyed stare. I mean, they’re not dogs, are they.”
