In summer 2020, Real Good Liars were approached by production house Bild Studios to collaborate on a cutting-edge realtime music video for Rina Sawayama’s Lucid, selected for their ability to develop new forms of animation across emerging production environments. They developed the story, designed and built the 3D environments, and directed the seamless integration of live action and animation. Shot and composited entirely in realtime at MARS Volume, the video has since amassed over 1.5 million views on YouTube.
