The Scar Free Foundation is a national charity working for the hundreds of thousands of people with disfiguring conditions and scarring. They champion the cause of people living with disfigurement and visible loss of function, by funding research into pioneering surgical and psychological healing techniques.

Spencer recently shot these ambassadors creating a series emotive and striking portraits.
