“I shot Amy in deepest darkest Brentwood at her mum’s house.  I had been misinformed as to the venue of the shoot and spent the first hour waiting in the foyer of the World Famous Amy Childs Beauty Salon, whilst customers came for their pre-booked spray tans and vajazzles.  They seem very popular.  But we eventually got to the right place and met Amy who is basically fantastic, kind of like an Essex Jessica Rabbit.  She put on her self-designed dress and happily posed with her 2 pugs, Pooch and Pugsy before learning the tricky skill of making spag bowl as taught by The Independent’s Deborah Ross.  She now knows how to chop an onion, when water is boiling and where Norf London is, so a good day was had by all.”
