When director Spencer Murphy re-partnered with lifelong collaborator Cyrus Shahrad (Hiatus) to create a music video for Hiatus’s “Waterloo Sunset” cover with Hot Chip’s Alexis Taylor, the location was clear. Spencer spent a summer evening capturing Alexis on and around Waterloo Bridge, framing the performance against the light and bustle of the city at dusk.
